I hope this note finds everyone safe and healthy. The Court system will be re-opening to full capacity over the next several weeks, including the resumption of Jury Trials in April. Covid protocols remain in effect and masks are mandatory, but the wheels of Justice are slowly returning to normal.

I am pleased to announce that the Angelos Legal Group, on behalf of the Gaddis and Limmer families, reached an amicable settlement with Baltimore County regarding our Wrongful death claims against the County for the negligent design of the roadway by Dulaney High School which contributed to the deaths of five-year-old Delaney Gaddis and her grandmother, Deborah Limmer. Delaney’s parents, Jennifer and Brian Gaddis, were also blessed with the birth of a daughter, Brynn, in September of 2020. ❤️
Finally, from the Criminal Court, our office effectuated the release of a Towson man from the Department of Corrections into an in-patient drug rehab facility. This young man had been incarcerated for many years and there were several failed legal challenges to get him relief, but we were not deterred. We successfully brought a rarely used petition to the Circuit Court and, in collaboration with professional substance abuse professionals, secured a more fitting and proper disposition for our client.
