If you were given probation before judgment for a DUI or DWI, you may now be eligible to have that offense removed from your Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration driving record, by a process known as expungement. To qualify, at least 15 years must have passed since you completed probation, and you must not have been convicted of any other crime since then. Our team can assist with the expungement process if needed.
