If you were given probation before judgment for a DUI or DWI, you may now be eligible to have that offense removed from your Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration driving record, by a process known as expungement. To qualify, at least 15 years must have passed since you completed probation, and you must not have been convicted of any other crime since then.
