Biography

I am an experienced litigator providing representation for businesses, individuals and families. As a trial attorney for thirty-one years, I have successfully represented clients in orthopedic and pharmaceutical product recalls, wrongful death claims, medical negligence, auto and motorcycle serious injuries, estate litigation and select criminal cases. My cases take me to District and Circuit Courts in Maryland, the District of Columbia and throughout Federal Courts across the country.

My business practice includes serving as corporate counsel for several private small and mid-sized commercial companies in the Baltimore region. These clients include Advertising, Marketing, Construction, Medical and Pharmacy executives and their respective interests. My office prepares and negotiates contracts with principals, vendors and third-parties, we customize employment agreements with non-compete clauses, provide advice on internet business law, cyber liability and general insurance coverage, and advise on transactional and buy-sell agreements. I also prepare and review commercial leasing contracts and will represent select individuals in private residential real estate transactions.

My office partners with seasoned trial attorneys here in Maryland and also with several local and national firms to provide individuals and businesses the highest level of professional guidance and representation.
